- Custom items, crafted to your specific requirements, are not returnable under any circumstances.
- For custom orders, refunds will not be issued after reaching the 50% adjudication stage.

- For in-stock items, once an item has been shipped, cancellation or return is not possible.
- Pre-Order items are not eligible for cancellation once they have been adjudicated, and refunds will not be processed under any circumstances.
